Lovely Lot - House (Unfurnished, No CC)

This house will fit on a 24x24 flat lot. 

It's a 3 large bedroomed, 1 bathroom (with a possibility for a tiny bathroom behind the stairs.)
It's unfurnished with the only CC being one kind of shuttered windows and some plants. It contains a door and windows from Ambitions (But it's not necessary.) All of the CC will be included.
Downstairs is a sitting room/lounge, kitchen, study, and a spacious backyard and potential for a garage along the right hand side.
Sim not included.
